• Returns accepted within 14 Days of Delivery for items that do not pierce the skin.
• Earrings & Body Jewellery are non refundable due to Health & Hygiene.
• Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Please insure item is returned in protective packaging to avoid damage to the item in transit.
• Returns are processed within 7 days of return.
• Shipping for exchanges are Free.

• Please insure the correct address is entered on the shipping page. We are unable to refund orders due to incorrect shipping address unless the parcel is returned to sender.
